Online Therapy is safe, secure, and effective.

I am committed to providing online therapy to residents of California. I utilize user-friendly HIPAA compliant software for online sessions. 

I would be happy to discuss any concerns or questions you might have about initiating online therapy. 

What To Expect

Prior To First Session

Sign up for a free, 15 minute consultation over the phone to determine whether my practice would be a good fit for your needs.

Intake Session

During your initial sessions with me, we will get to know each other. We will discuss your reasons for coming to therapy, learn about your background, and understand what your goals are moving forward. You will get the opportunity to ask me questions and explore whether it feels like a good therapeutic fit. We will also go over consent for therapy forms.

Ongoing Sessions

Therapy sessions are generally scheduled weekly for 50 or 90 minutes long depending on presentation and treatment plan (e.g. Prolonged Exposure or Couples Therapy). I provide both short term and long term psychotherapy, which will be collaboratively agreed upon during the first few sessions.

As a clinical psychologist, I have been trained in evidence-based psychotherapies that have been shown through clinical research to be helpful for a lot of people. I utilize behavioral approaches that emphasize acceptance, mindfulness, and values exploration to support you in living a full, rich, and meaningful life. I offer treatment based on the best available research and your unique needs and cultural experiences. 

I work to create genuine rapport with you by bringing warmth, humor, and authenticity into the virtual room. I will both challenge you to live your life according to your values, and create safety and trust in our relationship.
