Resources

Finding support can be a difficult and complicated process.

I am here to provide direction.

I have provided resources that offer mental health support for a variety of issues at varying price points. My hope is to promote equity within the mental health field by streamlining the process of seeking help.

Mobile Application

While working with the Mobile Apps Team within the National Center for PTSD, I supported efforts to create apps that are free for the public. While these apps are not replacements for therapy, they are evidence-based tools developed by psychologists. They are government funded and I do not gain any monetary benefit from your use.

Visit their website for more information.
